Our (old) books look okay. If you store them, check regularly. You have some very pretty books. Oh, I suddenly remember that I donated a few old books (18th century) to museums because I assumed they should get professional care and conditions. www.paulakuitenbrouwer.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01149735094211795145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6639676523379057364.post-65320312858842836772016-01-29T08:09:34.915-08:002016-01-29T08:09:34.915-08:00Thanks Otto! And sometimes those forces - as you say - act directly on us, without our knowing. The best we can do is go on the best we can and keep doing what seems right for us even when we don't know what is hitting us. At least books will always be a positive force, maybe with the exception when you have to carry them upstairs or move them around. I do love those old books of yours. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6639676523379057364.post-64377088559032644892016-01-28T17:48:25.834-08:002016-01-28T17:48:25.834-08:00oh probably the moth balls are bad so don't ta...oh probably the moth balls are bad so don't take my advice!Andrew Finniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08877768852340470022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6639676523379057364.post-1156339832470550722016-01-28T17:47:47.546-08:002016-01-28T17:47:47.546-08:00Hi Linda, just stopped by, really a pleasure to se...Hi Linda, just stopped by, really a pleasure to see your work and the old books. I always put mine in cardboard boxes and threw moth balls on them.
